- Weeks 2–4It shipsYou get a tracking number by email. Most boxes ship within 2 to 4 weeks of payment.
- ArrivalPlug in and goConnect power and your router, then scan the code on the box. The app walks you through the rest.
Every box is built to order once you pay. Memory and storage stock changes week to week, and each box is tested before it ships. If yours will take longer than 4 weeks, you'll get an email with the new date and the choice of a full refund.
Only for a few things: software updates, live weather and news, and remote access to the box while you're away. The assistant, smart home controls, photos and movies all keep working on your home network if the internet goes down.
No. The box or the software is a one-time payment, and HomeButler Care ($49.99/month) is optional.
